• This contract is between the Artist or Photographer (\u2018The Artist\u2019) as named on the membership joining form and Artistry Print A 45 Degrees Company (\u2018Artistry Print\u2019)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees to pay a yearly membership fee of \u00a359.99 inc VAT<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees to sell only their own artwork of which they have created and own full rights to do so.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees not to resell the work of other artists, even if they own the title to it, doing so may lead to legal action from the original artist and ‘Artistry Print’. It will also lead to an instant closure of your account on ‘Artistry Print’. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Either \u2018The Artist\u2019 or \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 have the right to terminate this agreement by giving written notice of one month. Should \u2018The Artist\u2019 wish to terminate the agreement before 11 months of membership has passed, \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees to forfeit any prepaid membership fees. Should \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 wish to terminate a membership at any point a full refund of membership fees for any remaining months will be made, at \u00a35.00 per month remaining.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• In the unlikely circumstance that you \u2018The Artist\u2019 should wish to remove your work from sale with \u2018Artistry Print\u2019, you may not take the concept and\/or any inertlectural property of \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 and establish a business in competition to \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 in any way or form for a minimum of 24 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Upon receiving notice from \u2018The Artist\u2019 to cancel membership, \u2018The Artist\u2019 will automatically be removed from the \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 marketplace and any Facebook groups, Forums and marketing materials. On the date of account cancellation \u2018The Artist\u2019s\u2019 membership will cease and any trading of uploaded products, and or any discounts associated with being a member will also cease with immediate effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees to the inclusion a logo, for \u2018Artistry Print\u2019, to be displayed on their website and publicised on marketing material and \/ or social media platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018The Artist\u2019 agrees to the use of their profile image, profile details, and artwork for the use of advertising ‘Artistry Print’ in printed, and onscreen marketing mterials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• \u2018 The Artist\u2019 shall accept responsibility for the implementation of all promotional offers devised by \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 relating to \u2018The Artist\u2019s\u2019 uploaded products. This includes offering the promotional offer outlined to consumers that enter that promotion under good faith (including competition give aways and \/ or discount codes being used against your artwork(s). If you do not consent to your artwork being included for discount, you can choose to opt out when agreeing to membership, or by emailing dean@staging.artiprint.co.uk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• In the rare chance of a complaint being made by a purchaser, \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 will cover the cost of a reprint of your artwork(s) once before a further discussion being taken with \u2018The Artist\u2019 should the matter be escalated further by the purchaser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• In the rare chance of a refund request being made by a purchaser, \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 will refund the purchaser in full and the sale will be marked as refunded in your account, and taken off your account balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Payments for artwork(s) sales can be requested 28 days after the sale has been completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• In the event of nonpayment of membership Artistry Print will make your account dormant and all images will be removed from sale, and you will be unable to make any sales until your account membership has been renewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• Both \u2018The Artist\u2019 and \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 shall use its best endeavours to keep all information confidential in accordance with the Fair Processing principal of the Data Protection Act 1998 & General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• If \u2018The Artist\u2019 raises no queries or enquiry as to the terms & conditions within 7 days of sign up then they will be deemed as accepted, in their entirety by \u2018The Artist\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
• By continuing to create an account, \u2018The Artist\u2019 confirms their membership with \u2018Artistry Print\u2019. Any changes to your details (in terms of trading name, studio address, payment details etc.) will not require a new form be signed unless otherwise required so by \u2018Artistry Print\u2019 or \u2018The Artist\u2019. Any changes to your account will be deemed as agreement under the existing details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
